does it work?
You choose what you would like to eat from one of our partner restaurants.
You can place your order online by clicking on the "Order Online"
tab. To phone in an order call us at 661.259.82GO (8246).
We will need your phone number, address and payment information as well
as any special delivery instructions.
What
is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge starts at $4.49, depending on the choice of restaurant and the location of your delivery. A 12% gratuity is included for all orders, although additional tips are greatly appreciated.

Why
do you charge a delivery fee and automatic gratuity?
The
delivery fee is based on where the food is being delivered to and
the distance between the delivery location and the restaurant from which
you are ordering. At SCV Good To G (AKA Good To Go), we feel that your mobile waiter does much more than a server in a restaurant.
They bend over backwards to ensure your order is correct. They check,
pack, carry, drive, locate you, park and courier your meal as fast and
as carefully as possible. And on rainy days, they expose themselves
to the elements so that you can enjoy your delicious restaurant meal
in the comfort of your home. They use their own vehicles, equipment
and gasoline. Please keep in mind that your gratuity goes directly to
your mobile waiter and they deserve it. Feel free to give an additional
tip for exceptional service. Our mobile waiters pay for their own gasoline
and will go above and beyond to earn their tips. Remember, you're paying
for the convenience of being able to stay home or at your workplace
while someone else provides the service of bringing your meal directly
to you. If you're rushing around town to pick up a take-out meal, your
mobile waiter could save you a hundreds of dollars in the event you
are stopped for a traffic violation (speeding or running a red light
- the cameras are all over town!), as well as fuel and time. Of course,
if you have any problems with your order/service, please contact us
immediately at 661.259.82GO (46) and we will do what we can to ensure
your satisfaction..

Why
does my online statement show a higher charge
than I signed for?
NOTE: THIS QUESTION IS HYPOTHETICAL AND IS THE EXCEPTION.
It is standard for restaurant electronic credit card authorizations
to request an additional 20% over the meal amount to allow the customer
the option of adding a tip or gratuity to the transaction. This over-authorized
amount is only an authorized amount, your card or account will only
be charged for the amount you authorize at the time of delivery. However,
it may take a day or two for the additional authorized sum to be released
by your credit card company. Some card processors may take as much as
a week to release these funds. In most cases this isn't an issue, as
funds are secured from a revolving credit line, but we understand that
it can be inconvenient when the funds are being secured from a checking
account or debit card because it may limit access to these funds for
a couple of days.

Is
there a minimum food order?
Yes, the minimum total FOOD order is $15.00. This does not include tax or tip.

Can
I order from two different restaurants?
You can order from more than one restaurant as long as you meet the minimum dollar amount for each restaurant (see ‘Is there a minimum food order?'). There will be an extra delivery charge per restaurant equal to the regular delivery fee per restaurant.

When
is delivery available?

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED 1/2 HR PRIOR TO CLOSING. LUNCH ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 1:30 PM AND DINNER ORDERS NO LATER THAN 8:30 PM OR 9:30 PM DEPENDING ON THE WEEKNIGHT.
Typical delivery hours are:
Lunch: Monday-Friday 11:00am - 2:00pm
Dinner: Sunday-Thursday 4:30pm-9:00pm
Friday & Saturday 4:30pm-10:00pm
*Corporate breakfast delivered by appointment with 24 hr notice
and a $100 minimum
Our delivery area covers the Santa Clarita metro area, including Canyon Country, Castaic, Friendly Valley, Newhall, Placerita Canyon, Sand Canyon, Saugus, Stevenson Ranch, Valencia, Val Verde and Westridge. We deliver to SYLMAR for LUNCH ONLY.

When
can I expect my order?
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, usually
within 45 - 60 minutes.. Please take into consideration that because
each item is specially prepared to your order and that restaurant preparation
time, weather, traffic and road construction may affect us from time
to time. Customers with large delivery orders or time constraints are
encouraged to place their orders 24 hours or more in advance to ensure
timely delivery. To ensure the safety of our mobile waiters and the
general public, we cannot guarantee delivery times but
will do everything possible to get it to you on within an hour or less.
Remember it is best to order 24 hrs in advance to help
ensure punctual delivery. Think about
if someone gave you short notice for a dinner party or a project; wouldn’t
you appreciate 24 hour notice so that you can do your best job?

Why
do you need to confirm my online order by phone?
There are often subtle items that may need clarification on your order,
such as condiments needed, any gate codes or delivery address information,
as well as elimination of possible identity theft. An SCV Good To Go.com
customer service rep will contact you within minutes of your internet
order (or well before your advanced internet order) to confirm the items
and details of your order. You may include a cell phone number for confirmation,
but we will always require a land line phone number to the delivery
location.

What
are my payment options?
We accept cash, debit cards and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. If you are paying by credit card, please
have the card number ready for your operator. Unless special arrangements
have been made with our Customer Service Representatives, all credit
cards MUST be physically present for manual imprint at the time of delivery.
We accept corporate checks* (account set-up required after first order).Upon
prior approval, your company may allow lunch or dinner to be billed
bi-monthly to your business account. Sorry, no personal checks accepted.
*A $20.00 fee will be added to all returned checks.

Can
I cancel my order?
No. Because we electronically transmit your order to the restaurant,
orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Online orders will be
confirmed by phone before being placed.

Where
are menus available?
Our menu guide, SCV's RESTAURANT DELIVERY GUIDE are printed a minimum of twice a year and we update our website weekly. All current prices and items are available online and supersede the prices in the menus guides due to restaurant changes. Our menu guides are available in our partner restaurants and at other locations around Santa Clarita. They are also available at many hotels around town including La Quinta, Holiday Inn Express, Marriott Residence Inn, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, Comfort Suites, Extended Stay America, Hampton Inn, Courtyard by Marriott. Can
I order outside SCV Good To Go.com’s operating hours?
Yes, our Customer Service Representatives are available from 9 AM to
close. You can place online orders 24 hours a day. If you are ordering outside
of our normal business hours, make sure you
choose the date of your order to proceed with the ordering process.
Keep in mind that our restaurant partners have different hours of operation.
You will find these hours beneath the restaurant name in the ordering
software.
